Good
The large shared kitchen and comfortable living room were great spaces to self-cater. The wifi was excellent at all times and the location was good a short walk from the old town and a good supermarket. Parking on street was usually easy nearby. We loved the architecture and the courtyard.
No soap in the bathroom. It was hard to pay the bill. A separate business uses the shared space so it was like sharing a staff room with strangers which was quite weird. It wasn’t very clean.

We recently spent 9 days at Coliving AdD LiVitum, and our experience was exceptional in every way. First and foremost, the internet provided by the coliving space was reliable and met all our needs. We were able to work and connect online effortlessly throughout our stay, which was essential for us. The location of Coliving AdD LiVitum is truly excellent. Situated in close proximity to Ciutadella town centre, we had easy access to a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. This convenience made our daily errands and dining options extremely convenient. The kitchen in our coliving unit was impressively well-equipped. It had everything we needed to prepare our meals, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked dishes during our stay. This attention to detail made us feel right at home. Cleanliness is a priority at Coliving AdD LiVitum, and it showed. The entire place was impeccably maintained and spotless. This contributed to a serene and peaceful environment, enabling us to relax and enjoy our time there. In addition to all these wonderful features, the coliving space also boasted a beautiful garden. This added touch provided a lovely outdoor area where we could unwind and soak up the pleasant surroundings.
While our overall experience at Coliving AdD LiVitum was fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. Firstly, the chairs provided for working were quite uncomfortable, which made extended periods of sitting challenging. It would be great if more ergonomic chairs were available to enhance productivity and comfort. Additionally, we noticed that some of the other guests had a habit of leaving dirty dishes inside the dishwasher without properly cleaning them. This meant that we often had to remove dirty pots and dishes from the dishwasher before being able to use them. It would be helpful if there were clearer guidelines or reminders for guests to clean their dishes thoroughly and ensure the dishwasher is free for others to use. It would also be beneficial to have a larger supply of pots and dishes available to accommodate multiple guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay at Coliving AdD LiVitum was still highly enjoyable. The positives, such as the excellent internet, great location, well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness, and peaceful environment, far outweighed these small issues.

What was the highlight of Coliving AdD LiVitum
Lovely little gem in the heart of Ciutadella de Menorca.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations already with the size and the aesthetics of the room. The facilities in overall made us feel very cozy and as we were at home. Kitchen was shared, but it was very clean and beautiful, providing everything you would need for your meals. All the other guests were very friendly and chatty, which we liked. The host was also very welcoming and helpful.
Nothing to complain about.
